Rooms were comfortable and well-decorated. The bed was cozy and the toilet was trendy. The AC and lights worked well. Food was superb, especially the lassi, veg pakoda, and chilly chicken.

Reception was disorganized, with a delayed check-in and confusion about room availability. Housekeeping was unresponsive and the room was not cleaned as requested.

Absolutely disgusting. Filthy and vermin infested. My daughter is there right now with her school, kids are crying, teachers trying desperately to the whole large group moved and all of a sudden, the staff claim not to speak English. The rooms have not been cleaned since the last customers used them...DIRTY BEDSHEETS, can you imagine? This is a filthy hole. AVOID AVOID AVOID!

Poor communication from staff regarding breakfast timings and constant early morning wake-up calls. the food quality and hygiene standards could be improved, as we experienced food poisoning from a veg dish.
